Corporate activations start at $45/guest (Signature) and $65/guest (Premier) with a 50-guest minimum — most events land between $2,500 and $15,000 depending on headcount, service length, and add-ons. Wedding pricing starts around $1,800 for intimate events and scales with guest count. Text us your date and headcount and we'll send a quote the same day.
Florida Flower Truck is a fully staffed mobile bouquet bar based in Apopka, FL, serving Orlando and Central Florida. Guests build their own hand-tied bouquets, flower crowns, or boutonnières on the spot from buckets of fresh seasonal blooms. We work corporate events, DMC programs, luxury hospitality activations, and weddings — anywhere from 50 to 3,000+ guests.
Travel is included within 30 miles of Apopka, FL — covering Orlando, International Drive, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, the Lake Buena Vista and Disney area, Sanford, Lake Mary, DeLand, and Mount Dora. Tampa, Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, and other Florida markets are available with a transparent travel quote.
We comfortably scale from 50 guests up to 3,000 with our truck plus additional mobile carts and staff. Our largest documented activation served 3,000 guests at a single event. Events above 3,000 are quoted custom — share your headcount, venue, and run-of-show and we'll build a plan tailored to throughput and floral volume.

We recommend 4 to 8 weeks for standard corporate activations and 4 to 8 months for peak-season weddings. Premium activations are available with as little as one week of lead time — text us with your date even if it's last-minute and we'll tell you honestly whether it's workable before you commit anything.
Yes. We carry $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate General Liability through Berkshire Hathaway and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) on request with your organization or venue named as additional certificate holder. Standard requirement for hotel ballrooms, convention centers, and corporate campuses.
