A flower truck bouquet bar is a staffed, on-site flower station where every guest picks their own fresh blooms and leaves with a hand-wrapped bouquet. Florida Flower Truck brings a 1996 Honda Acty kei truck stocked with seasonal flowers, plus Floweristas who help each guest build a 5-bloom bouquet or get fitted with a fresh flower crown. It works like a photo booth or coffee cart for corporate events, employee appreciation days, conferences and celebrations in Orlando and Central Florida.

Yes. Large corporate and employee engagement events are our specialty, and our whole model is built to serve hundreds of guests smoothly while keeping each person’s experience personal. We offer three formats — pre-made bouquets for the fastest service, a build-your-own bouquet bar for the full interactive experience, or a mix of both — and recommend the right one for your headcount, timeline and event goals. For larger events, we can add flower carts in front of the truck to expand service. Typical service window is 1–3 hours, tailored to your event. As an on-site experience rather than a florist or delivery service, we plan staffing and guest flow around your event.

The Mobile Bouquet Bar is $35 per guest ($3,500 for 100 guests, 50-guest minimum) for a 5-bloom bouquet each, with greenery and baby’s breath included. The Flower Crown Experience is $55 per crown with a 50-crown minimum. Travel is included within 20 miles of Apopka; beyond that it is $50 per hour plus $0.67 per mile.

We serve corporate events across Central Florida: Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Osceola and Lake counties. That includes Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Sanford, Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Winter Garden, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, Clermont, Mount Dora, DeLand, Deltona, Orange City and Daytona Beach. Setup takes about 45 minutes and teardown about 30 minutes. A typical service window is 1–3 hours, tailored to your event.

Yes. We carry $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate General Liability and issue Certificates of Insurance with your organization or venue named as certificate holder. We send our certificate of insurance (COI) once your date is booked, or within one business day if you need it sooner.

No. The truck needs no power at all — no outlets, generators or extension cords. It fits in a standard parking space.

Yes. Many planners use the truck as a send-off station at the exit, so guests build a bouquet on the way out and the event wraps gracefully and on time. At cocktail hours and receptions it works as a second destination that spreads guests out and keeps bar and food lines manageable. We plan placement and staffing around your headcount and run of show.

Yes. For indoor events we offer a charming table and cart setup, with umbrellas and chalkboards — no truck needed indoors. If it rains, the plan is your choice: we set up under an awning or covered area that works for your guests, or convert to the indoor table and cart setup. We don’t set flowers out in the rain, because it damages the blooms and the guest experience — that’s how every guest gets fresh, beautiful flowers.

No. Your brand is the star. The truck is intentionally designed as a clean canvas, so the branding your guests see is yours: a custom decal with your company logo or event theme, plus personalized chalkboard messaging and a flower palette matched to your colors.
