We carry $1M / $2M General Liability through Berkshire Hathaway. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request with your organization named as certificate holder — a standard requirement for corporate venues and DMC programs.

What's included in the travel radius for a corporate activation?

Travel is included within 30 miles of Apopka, Florida — covering Orlando, International Drive, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, and the Lake Buena Vista and Disney area. Beyond that radius, a transparent travel fee applies based on distance and overnight needs. Tampa, Jacksonville, and other markets outside Central Florida are available with a custom travel quote — text us your venue and we'll send a number back the same day.

How does the flower crown option work for Premier bookings?

Premier includes a guest choice between a 10-stem hand-tied bouquet or a hand-crafted flower crown. Because every crown is built by hand from fresh florals, we need a confirmed crown count when your balance is due — 14 days before the event. Day-of changes to crown counts can't be accommodated, but bouquet counts remain flexible up to event start. Crowns are especially popular for incentive trips and VIP appreciation programs.

Can the activation be branded to our client's company?

Yes. You're welcome to bring branded signage, step-and-repeat banners, or props to display at or near the truck, and we'll integrate them so the setup looks intentional rather than tacked on. Custom chalkboard messaging and color-matched florals are included in both packages. For full custom branding — printed bouquet wraps, logo cards, or themed signage — we can quote that as an add-on during planning.

What's the corporate booking process from inquiry to event day?

Reach out through the inquiry form or text us directly with your date, guest count, and venue. We respond within one business day with a proposal you can forward to your client or finance team. A 50% deposit secures the date; the remaining balance is due 14 days before the event, when Premier crown counts and final guest count are also confirmed. We arrive event-ready — you don't lift anything.

How far in advance should DMCs and planners book?

We recommend 4 to 8 weeks for standard corporate activations, and 8 to 12 weeks for convention-scale events or programs requiring specific custom florals. Peak season — spring and fall — fills first. If your date is coming up fast, text us anyway: our fastest documented premium turnaround is one week, and we'll tell you honestly whether the date is workable before you commit anything.

Can you handle large corporate events with more than 500 guests?

Yes. For groups above 500 guests we build a custom plan using the truck plus additional mobile carts and staff. Our largest documented activation to date served 3,000 guests at a single event. Events above 3,000 are quoted custom — share the headcount, venue, and run-of-show, and we'll put together a proposal tailored to throughput, staffing, and floral volume needed for your specific event.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance for corporate venues?

Yes. We carry $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate General Liability through Berkshire Hathaway, and we issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with your organization or venue named as additional certificate holder on request. COIs are typically required by hotel ballrooms, convention centers, and corporate campuses. Allow two to three business days for issuance — send the request as soon as your venue contract is signed.
