Pricing is per guest with a 50-guest minimum: Signature is $45/person and Premier is $65/person. For very large crowds we also offer a single-stem option built for high-volume events, custom-quoted to your guest count, flow, and timing. How many guests can you serve at one event?
We comfortably serve 50 to 3,000 guests at a single event using the truck plus mobile carts and additional staff as needed. Our largest activation to date was 3,000 guests. Events above 3,000 are quoted custom — tell us the headcount and we'll build the plan around it.
Can the activation be branded for our company?
Yes. Branded signage, printed cards, color-matched florals, custom chalkboard messaging, and your company logo on the bouquet wrap are all included. The result feels like part of your company's event, not a vendor billboard. Subtle, editorial, on-brand — never cheesy.
What's the minimum lead time for a corporate event?
Most clients book us 4 to 8 weeks ahead. Convention-scale activations typically need 8 to 12 weeks. Our fastest documented premium turnaround is one week — if your event is coming up fast, text us and we'll tell you honestly whether the date is workable.
Do you handle setup, staffing, and breakdown?
Yes. We arrive event-ready and handle everything: truck setup, fresh florals, fully staffed bar, branded materials, breakdown, and load-out. Your team doesn't lift anything. We've activated in ballrooms, porte-cochères, parking lots, rooftops, and through Florida summer storms.
What happens if it rains?
The truck is fully covered and we set up under tents, porte-cochères, ballroom loading docks, or covered patios. We've activated through Central Florida summer storms many times without missing a beat. Your venue contact and our team coordinate the weather plan in advance.
Can we add this to an event we're already planning, or do you only do standalone activations?
Both. Most of our work is an addition to an existing event — a welcome moment at a sales kickoff, a session-break activation at an all-hands, an exit gift at a customer summit. We integrate cleanly into the run-of-show your team or DMC has already built.
Do you serve team-building events specifically?
