A loving moment guests build with their own hands.
We're a preferred vendor at Bella Cosa and Bridle Oaks, and a welcome arrival at venues across Central Florida. There are a few different ways couples use us — each one stretches the floral budget further than a traditional setup.
Welcome bouquet bar — set the wedding vibe
Guests arrive and build their own hand-tied bouquet on the way in. It immediately sets the tone, gives everyone something to do during that awkward arrival window, and gets guests talking before the ceremony even starts.

One activation, four jobs
Set water vessels around the reception. Guests drop their bouquets in as they sit down — and suddenly those guest-built bouquets become your atmospheric florals throughout the event. That's a lot of bang for the buck:
- · A personal guest experience they built themselves
- · Atmospheric florals filling the room all night
- · A photo backdrop the truck and bar create on their own
- · A take-home favor guests grab on the way out

Cocktail hour or late-night activation
Add a flower crown bar your bridesmaids will photograph, a boutonnière station for the groom's side, or a pre-made bouquet send-off at the end of the night.

We customize the flower palette to match your wedding colors — blush and sage, moody jewel tones, white and ivory, citrus and marigold, whatever the moodboard says. Tell us your palette and we'll source seasonal blooms that hit it.
Wedding questions, answered.
How much does a flower truck cost for a wedding in Orlando?
Wedding pricing starts around $1,800 for an intimate event and scales with guest count, service length, and add-ons like flower crowns or branded signage. Most Central Florida weddings fall in the $2,500–$6,500 range. Text us your date, venue, and headcount and we'll send a quote the same day — no back-and-forth, no pressure.
What venues do you serve for weddings?
We're a preferred vendor at Bella Cosa Lakeside and Bridle Oaks Barn, and we regularly serve venues across Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, the Lake Buena Vista / Disney area, Mount Dora, DeLand, and the broader Central Florida region. Travel is included within 30 miles of Apopka, FL — venues beyond that are welcome with a transparent travel quote.
How does the bouquet bar work at a wedding?
Guests walk up to the truck, choose stems from buckets of fresh seasonal blooms in your wedding color palette, and our floweristas hand-tie a finished bouquet wrapped in kraft paper on the spot. It works as a cocktail-hour activation, a late-night moment, or a take-home gift station near the exit.
Can you match our wedding color palette?
Yes — we'll work within your chosen color palette. Share your palette and inspiration when you inquire and we'll source seasonal blooms that align with it. It's important to note that flowers are natural and have color variation, so we don't promise an exact match — we promise a thoughtfully curated palette that feels cohesive with your wedding.
Do you offer flower crowns for bridal parties?
Yes. Hand-crafted flower crowns are a signature offering and especially popular for bridal showers, bachelorette weekends, and rehearsal dinners. Each crown is built by hand from fresh florals on a flexible base — we tie the ribbon on-site for a perfect fit. Crown counts must be confirmed 14 days before the event.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 4 to 8 months ahead for peak Central Florida wedding season (October–May). Off-peak dates can often be booked closer in, and our fastest documented premium turnaround is one week. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due 14 days prior.
